"Pretty easy to use overall"
I was just trying to place an order the other night, and Giovanni’s Pizza website was easy to use. The menu loaded fine, and I found what I needed without having to dig around too much. Ordering was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple pages felt a little slow on my phone, and some parts could’ve been a bit clearer, especially if you don’t already know what you’re looking for. But overall, it worked well and didn’t frustrate me.

"Handled the mix-up really well"
My pizza delivery showed up missing one item, and I was annoyed at first. I reached out to Giovanni’s, and just from their tone I got the sense they knew it was frustrating and weren’t going to give me the runaround. They replied quickly, apologized, and fixed the issue without making it a big deal. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it made a good impression. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Quick delivery and still hot"
I ordered from Giovanni’s around dinner time, so I figured it would probably take a while. Instead, the food showed up earlier than expected and was still hot when it got here. The driver was friendly too, which made the whole thing easy. Based on that experience, I’d definitely order from them again

"Great first order from Giovanni’s Pizza"
I ordered from giovannispizza.com last night after seeing a few people say good things about it, it lived up to the hype. The whole process was smooth, the pizza showed up hotter than I expected, and it tasted really good. Delivery was faster than I thought too, which is always a win. No issues at all, I’d definitely order again. Curious if everyone else has had the same experience because mine was solid.

"That Crust Was the Star"
The crust was crispy on the outside but still soft inside, and it was my favorite part of the pizza. Whoever runs this is to blame for making me care this much about pizza crust.

"Pickup Was Surprisingly Painless"
Ordered online and swung by after work to grab it. The food was actually ready when I got there, which was a shocking twist in the grand adventure of takeout. Didn’t really have to wait around, so that was nice. Parking was a little tight, because apparently that’s just part of the experience, but overall it was easy. I’d definitely use pickup again.

Ordered from Giovanni’s and the portions were better than I expected. The pizza had a good amount of toppings, the slices were big, and we even had leftovers, which doesn’t always happen. It wasn’t perfect, but for the amount of food we got, I was happy. I didn’t bother reaching out about the small issues because I usually don’t trust customer service to actually do much anyway

"Food was okay, but the wait was frustrating"
The food was fine once it finally came out, but I waited way too long. What made it more annoying was that no one really explained what was going on or what the next step was, so I was just sitting there wondering if my order was coming soon or if I needed to ask someone. A little communication would’ve made the wait a lot less frustrating

"Clean enough, but not totally convinced"
Stopped in for pizza and the place was clean. The tables looked wiped down, and the bathroom wasn’t gross, which is something I always notice. There were a few crumbs on the floor near the drink area, but nothing that really bothered me. I felt comfortable eating there overall, though I’m still not 100% sure the quality is consistent every time. Solid visit, 4 stars from me.

"Toppings were off, but it was still okay"
My order came with the wrong toppings, which was a little disappointing since I’d been looking forward to the exact combo I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, the food still tasted fine and was fresh enough. Just wish they’d paid a bit more attention to those small details.

"Fresh and honestly really good"
The pizza tasted super fresh, especially the veggies — they still had a nice crunch to them, which I always appreciate. The cheese was good too, not rubbery or weird. I also randomly remember the delivery box had a tiny smudge of flour on one corner, which made it feel like it came straight from the kitchen. I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered from Giovanni's Pizza last night and it was a smooth experience. The pizza, wings, and drinks I wanted were all available on the site, and nothing randomly disappeared after checkout. I really appreciate that because I can’t stand when you place an order and then get a call saying they’re out of something. This time there were no issues, no hassle, and the food showed up just like I expected. I’d definitely order again because it just felt easy and reliable.

"Good Pizza for a Fair Price"
I’ve ordered from Giovanni’s Pizza a few times now, the prices feel reasonable. Some pizza places charge way too much for basic stuff (like, it’s just cheese and pepperoni), but here it actually feels like you’re getting what you pay for. The deals are a nice bonus too, especially when I’m ordering for the family. Nothing overly fancy to say, just solid food at a decent price. I’ll definitely keep ordering...
